APCA 2014 Biennial Congress
29th July 2014
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
It is with great pleasure that I am able to announce the theme for this conference will be "Delivering Multi-disciplinary Care for those with Craniofacial Anomalies."
A faculty of speakers from among our best will assemble in delivering an interesting, educational and informative program at the National Wine Centre. The Centre is a stunning venue and Adelaide is at its best in October. There will be time for you to enjoy our hospitality.
I sincerely hope that surgeons who manage patients with craniofacial deformities along with speech pathology and psychology colleagues, will be able to attend this conference to share their ideas for improving standards of care to those with craniofacial anomalies in the Asian Pacific area.
We look forward to welcoming you to Adelaide.
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
As the Founding President of the Asian Pacific Craniofacial Association (APCA) it is my privilege and pleasure in welcoming you to the 10th Biennial Meeting for this group and a warm welcome to the members of the Australian Cleft Lip and Palate Association.
The Asian—Pacific region has emerged as advancing with respect to Craniofacial Surgery, with large populations of people and an ever increasing need to address the health care problems of craniofacial deformity.
Associations have now emerged that are bringing together the multidisciplinary experts necessary to define, organise and deliver high quality care.
I encourage all who are interested and involved in this work to come to Adelaide. Be part of a forum to contribute, discuss, exchange ideas and advance the cause of delivering high quality health care to people in their respective countries who have craniofacial deformities.
